Individual Therapy

 

Integrative Psychotherapy offers a flexible, tailored approach grounded in Humanistic and Person-Centred principles. It places the therapeutic relationship at the heart of the process, providing a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace.

 

Depending on what you bring, sessions may draw from person-centred therapy, cognitive and behavioural psychology, Gestatlt, Attachment theory and trauma-informed practice. Research consistently shows that a strong therapeutic relationship, combined with appropriate methods, is one of the most important predictors of positive outcomes.

Single Session Therapy (SST) is a focused, solution-oriented approach designed to address specific issues in a timely and effective manner. This evidence-based model is ideal for individuals seeking clarity, insight, and actionable strategies without committing to ongoing therapy. SST is particularly beneficial for situational challenges such as decision-making, stress management, performance anxiety, or problem-solving around a defined concern. Sessions are structured to deliver maximum value within a single, extended consultation, helping clients develop practical coping skills and new perspectives to move forward with confidence.

 

Prior to booking, assessment may be required for suitability for SST, and ensure that this approach aligns with your needs. The full session is 1 hour and 20 minutes in length and can be conducted in person or securely via Zoom.
